This cheesecake is sooo delicious! It’s so much more tastier than store brands, which I don’t like. I used to avoid eating cheesecake until my friend coaxed me into trying the cheesecake she made. From then, I was hooked and had to have the recipe. I have since then substituted cream cheese for goat cheese since I found out that I am allergic to milk and whey. We make the regular cheesecake and the goat cheesecake every Thanksgiving. Some of the the goat cheese products have cows milk in them. So if you are also allergic to cows milk and looking for goat cheese substitutes, make sure you read the ingredient labels.
